Steven R. Graboff, M.D. is an Orthopaedic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Forensic Examiners, the American Board of Forensic Medicine, and the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is a member of the American College of Forensic Examiners and is a Certified Forensic Physician.

Dr. Graboff was continuously certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery from 1987 through 2017, and he maintained an active clinical practice of Orthopaedic Surgery from 1985 through 2017.

With over 30 years of litigation support experience, Dr. Graboff has qualified and testified as an Orthopedic Expert Witness representing both the plaintiff and defense in over 1000 personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal, product defect, disability, civil rights violation, and other cases throughout the United States and abroad. He has testified in superior, state, district, and federal courts as well as mediations and arbitrations.

In his capacity as an Orthopedic Expert Witness, Dr. Graboff has written opinions and testified in the areas of orthopedic biomechanics, mechanism of injury, diagnosis, causation, apportionment, reasonable medical care and treatment, reasonable medical costs, need for future medical treatment, permanent damages, functional impairment, negligence, standard of care, child abuse, and excessive use of force.
